4. Payment and Subscription

Magixslink offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are only available within the first 30 days of service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

Magixslink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
